Dear Scott,
Earlier this month I called America’s Pros in order to get a price for
adding insulation to our home’s attic here in South Lyon.
Scott, your company was very responsive to our request to get pricing as
soon as possible, because you came out right away and gave my wife and
me a very detailed proposal. During your inspection you pointed out that
the wrong size baffle vents had been installed between the rafters and
that the insulation we had in our attic was plugging all of the soffit
vents, hence preventing the air from circulating correctly. After Mary
and I discussed the insulation work we needed, we asked you to give us a
price to fix the rotted wood around two of our upstairs windows. Well,
as you promised, the next day you called us back and gave us a very fair
price to fix the windows. So, based upon the low cost of adding
insulation to our attic and the price to repair the windows, we chose
America’s Pros for all of the work. After your crew finished
the work we inspected the job and were very pleased to find it was
completed as you promised us, that being neatly and efficiently.
Furthermore, your entire crew arrived at our home on time and they paid
close attention to detail while insulating our attic and making window
repairs. With the rising cost of energy bills, Mary and I look forward
