Our family recently sold our home, due to my job relocation to Ohio with Dow Chemical. Well, during the home inspection that the buyer had done, the inspector found that every one of our soffit vents was blocked by the insulation and that there were no baffle vents installed, as is required by the building code. So, I got out my Yellow Book and scrambled to find a contractor who could make the necessary repairs.

After making several phone calls I spoke to your company, America’s Pros, and you were able to come out that same day to inspect the work that was required, at which time you gave me a very reasonable proposal. And best of all you were able to accommodate my wife and my schedule, by having one of your crews at our home two days later to do the work. Once the job was completed I inspected the work and found it was done as promised and brought up to code, as required by the buyer.
