Our building here in Madison Heights had not been painted for over 10 years
and was beginning to look a little rough. So, I started calling painting
companies that were in the Yellow Page to get a bid to give to our landlord.
Well after meeting with a number of painting contractors, we decided to go

of the professionalism of your presentation, including the thoroughness and
detail in your proposal, which included custom built
exclusion barriers to keep birds from nesting in our building and the
replacement of aluminum siding that had been damaged by trucks doing
