Dear Scott,
I wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with our new concrete
driveway. For your information I had called eleven different companies
to give us estimates on the concrete driveway and we selected you to do
the job because you were willing to work with us on budget and the
pavers in front of our house. As you know the concrete crew had to
remove pavers to install the forms to pour the concrete. After the
concrete work was completed the pavers had to be reinstalled. Joe did a
great job putting them back. Fortunately they all fit back in place,
however, you had assured me that you would cut the pavers if necessary
in order to reinstall them as they were before the work began.
From the day the job began, the concrete crew was on the job every day
until the concrete driveway was completed. They were responsive to
concerns we brought up during the time they were working on the
driveway. Please let Guy know we appreciated him and his crew.
We also appreciate that everything you committed to do was accomplished
and completed in a timely manner. Next time we need work done on our
house we will contact you. We will also recommend you to friends and
neighbors.
