Just wanted to take a minute to let you know how impressed I have been with the service that America's Home Maintenance Pros has provided to me on several occasions. The best part is that you always showed up when you said that you would. I received your advertisement through the mail and was about to pitch it into the garbage as we all so often do with that sort of mail. BUT, I opened it up and read what you had to offer and at the time a personal need of mine was to have my patio and brick work at my home power washed. You came in a timely manner and gave me an estimate that I felt was extremely fair. We set the date and time for the work to be done and how refreshing it was to have you appear when you said you would. You did a great job and it was not an easy one.

My next need for your services was to clean the mess created by a sump pump that went haywire and ruined the appearance of a finished basement on a home that I have listed. You again gave an estimate that was fair and after that bid was accepted by the homeowner you proceeded to do a great job of cleaning, sanitizing and removal of the destroyed carpeting. You also helped match the carpet to what was already on the stairs and worked with another contractor to order the carpet and get it installed in a timely fashion. You always made sure the work site was in great condition upon your departure. That was a big plus, as well.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of professionals who care and will do what they say will do. You are truly the BEST! I look forward to sending more business your way. Thank you again for JOBS WELL DONE!!!!
