This letter is to tell you how much we appreciate the hard work and good job your company did on preparing my mother's home for sale in downtown Rochester!

Scott, when we called and scheduled an appointment with two of your business partners, Michael and Scott, they were on-time and very professional. The work which needed to have done included cleaning the windows of the entire house, the walls of the basement and then having them painted. It was completed in a very timely manner and the work that was done was very good as well! More importantly, when I called to let you know that one of the windows was not re-installed; Michael came right away and took care of the problem. When he came back to reinstall the window, he even took time to clean-up rodent feces that had accumulated around the house, including the cupboards. Furthermore, they had to work around many antiques and family momentous and they took great care not to damage anything.
